Chrysler Town & Country, a back to school necessity!

A new school year is upon us once again. For some kids that might not come as good news. For others, the promise of brand-new school supplies—backpacks, notebooks, pencil boxes—makes this one of the most exciting times of year. But why let the kids have all the fun? A new Chrysler Town & Country, when you look at it right (i.e., carpooling), could be considered the greatest school supply of all.

With room for seven and terrific gas mileage (to the tune of EPA estimated 25 highway mpg), you can afford to take half the neighborhood to school. Well, that depends on the size of your neighborhood, of course. But no matter how many kids you pick up along the way, surely their parents will reciprocate the favor somewhere down the road. This is how it works with neighbors—you look out for one another while working together toward the common good.

At Chrysler, we like to think we’re working toward that same common good. Mostly we do that by making vehicle safety a top priority. We also do it by sponsoring initiatives such as Drive for the Kids, a program that, since its inception in 1993, has helped raised nearly $4.5 million for worthy school programs all across the country.
