Here is a review from customer Megan N made on August 2nd 2011

"
This dealership was incredibly friendly. When they didn't have what I wanted they diligently looked for a dealership that had the car and drove all the way to Van Nuys to get it. The price was amazing and the experience was pleasant. They weren't your typical "oh gosh here they come." I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. Will defiantly purchase my next Jeep from them"

We want you to feel like Megan did!  Come down and visit us at our lot at 777 W Orangethorpe Ave in Placentia, CA!  Or if you would like more information on our business and vehicles please feel free to continue to browse our website.  Donavee Chrysler Jeep is the only 5 Star Elite Rated dealership in back to back quarters here in the Orange County Area!

Orange County Jeep Shoppers Will Soon Meet 2012 Grand Cherokee SRT8

After being greeted by frenzied auto enthusiasts at the New York Auto Show, the 2012 Grand Cherokee SRT8 will roar into the showroom of Don-A-Vee Chrysler Jeep of Orange County this summer.   Racing from 0-60 miles per hour in just 4.8 seconds, Chrysler says this is the fastest Jeep ever built.

The 2012 Grand Cherokee SRT8 offers Orange County Jeep fans a combination of Jeep's legendary capability and utility, merged with the renowned advanced performance engineering from Chrysler Group LLC's Street and Racing Technology (SRT) team.  The SRT8 delivers an outstanding driving performance in all conditions, and is complemented by key SRT attributes – including functional, performance-oriented styling, world-class ride and handling, benchmark braking and race-inspired interior appointments.
Designed and built using the proven SRT formula that raises the performance to astonishing levels, the new 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 runs from 0-60 mph in 4.8 seconds, 0-100-0 mph in the mid-16 second range, can cover the quarter mile in the mid-13 second range, has a top speed of 155 mph, and brakes from 60-0 mph in 116 feet. Powering the 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 is Chrysler Group's all-new 6.4-liter HEMI® V-8 with Fuel Saver Technology that delivers an estimated 465 horsepower and 465 lb.-ft. of torque – an improvement of 45 horsepower and 45 lb.-ft. torque over the 6.1-liter HEMI V-8 it replaces.
Standard Fuel Saver Technology and a new-for-2012 active valve exhaust system allows four-cylinder operation to engage over a wider rpm range, to deliver both improved fuel efficiency – an estimated 13-percent increase on the highway – and an extended range of approximately 450 miles on one tank of gas.

Orange County Jeep enthusiasts will also appreciate the race-inspired interior of the SRT8. An all-new, leather-wrapped, heated steering wheel features a unique rim section with a flattened bottom surface – evoking a race-inspired cockpit – that showcases the SRT logo. Standard paddle-shift controls flank both sides of the new contoured palm rests while all audio and Electronic Vehicle Information Center (EVIC) controls are accessible from the horizontal spokes on the steering wheel. A power tilt and telescoping steering column also is standard.

New SRT-styled Nappa leather and suede seats, with sculpted bolsters and adjustable headrests, provide all the comfort for daily drives – and "grip" to keep the driver and passengers in place during spirited driving. The embroidered SRT logos and contrast stitching accent the two front seats. Heated (front and rear) and ventilated (front) seats are standard.

If that’s not enough for some Orange County Jeep shoppers, the available Luxury Group package adds premium leather to the door trim panels, instrument panel and center console along with a power liftgate, adaptive cruise control, Forward Collision Warning and Blind-spot Monitoring.
Cementing Jeep’s position in the automotive industry as top rated safety picks, the 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 offers consumers 45 safety and security features and is already a recipient of the 2011 Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) 'Top Safety Pick' for the volume Grand Cherokee models.
Don-A-Vee Chrysler Jeep looks forward to welcoming the 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 this summer.  For the latest information, call the dealership at (888) 743-8144 or visit them online at http://www.donavee.com.

The 2011 Jeep Compass In Orange County

2011 Jeep Compass

Do you live in the Orange County area and have been eagerly anticipating the all-new 2011 Jeep Compass? Well not to worry, the 2011 Jeep Compass is ready for Orange County dealerships now. According to Jeep, "the 2011 Compass will be able to kick out up to 28 mpg highway in all-wheel drive guise, which is some of the best fuel economy in the Crossover segment."

And to go with that all-wheel drive, Jeep has given the Compass with a "Trail Rated" model for anyone wanting to put the CUV through its off-road paces.

And Jeep isn't known for placing that "Trail Rated" badge on any old vehicle, so odds are that the Freedom Drive II off road package-equipped Compass will be able to keep up with similarly capable rides from Jeep. Skid plates, tow hooks, a full-size spare, 17-inch all-terrain tires, one-inch taller ride height and low-range capability are all part of the deal.

Under the hood, Jeep offers 2011 Compass buyers with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine. That produces 158 horsepower and 141 pound-feet of torque. There is also a 2.4-liter four-cylinder with 172 hp and 165 lb-ft of torque. Both engines come with either a five-speed manual gearbox or CVT.

The 2011 Compass is available in three trim levels, all configurable with front or all-wheel drive as well as the low-range equipped off-road package.  If you are located in the Orange County area and are interested in a vehicle check out deals from Don-A-Vee Jeep Orange County

2011 Chrysler 200 Super S Enhanced by Mopar

Chrysler 200 in Orange County

Ahead of the 2011 SEMA Show (Specialty Equipment Market Association) that comes towards the end of the year Chrysler has decided to leak a photo of one of the cars they will be showing off.   With Chrysler's new approach to marketing and showcasing vehicles they have decided to get the Internet buzzing a bit this week by purposely leaking this photo.   The base model is the 2011 Chrysler 200 Limited.    The car we are referring to is the one shown above, the 2011 Chrysler 200 Super S, which is customized by Mopar.  As Chrysler's internal performance division the Mopar team took this vehicle to the next level with a large number of additions to an already well designed car.  Some of the modifications to this car include 19 inch wheels, a black mesh grill, fog lights bezel with a custom light bar, aero sill cladding, a vented hood and Mopar Katzkin leather seats to name a few.  All of this tied into a sleek look with a black and tungsten paint scheme for the exterior of the car.  Hats off to the Mopar team for putting together this beautiful looking daily driver.
As we get more information from Chrysler and new photos come out we will be covering the Chrysler 200 in more detail.  Alongside the 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee , the Chrysler 200 is going to be the two most popular models in the Chrysler Jeep line.  Both vehicles mark a slight change in what you expect from Chrysler Jeep but still staying true to their roots are well designed American made vehicles.   When it comes to domestic made cars there is no other manufacturer that combines style, class, and power like Chrysler Jeep.
Also, don't forget that you too will be able to order a Chrysler 200 from Don-A-Vee Chrysler Jeep of Orange County or test drive the all new Chrysler 200.   These Chrysler 200 vehicles are going to be hot items this year so do not wait to get the vehicle if you are interested in it.  Due to high demand these cars will be in limited number to each dealership to make sure all Chrysler Jeep dealerships in the country get a few to show off to their community.
